At Prepa UDEM, we have different formative activities that aim to help you develop
at the physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, and social level.

Art and Culture
Develop your artistic talent!
You can sign up for co-curricular courses in the visual arts, music, singing, dance, and theater. You can also participate in the Cultural Week at the end of the semester.
You can also audition to participate in high-performance activities:
- Representative dance groups (jazz / hip-hop, contemporary music, or folk music)
- Mounting a theatrical play
- Broadway-style musical theater
- UDEM Voices Show
Health and Sports
Play your favorite sport; train and participate in representative teams.
You can take co-curricular courses such as chess, soccer, indoor soccer, volleyball, basketball, Pilates, yoga, track and field, first aid, physical fitness (weight lifting), and online nutrition.
Leadership and other activities
Develop the skills that a leader needs!
You can be part of the student boards, the electoral committee, and other clubs. Furthermore, in the ¡Lánzate! Center for Leadership and Challenge, our experiential laboratory, you will be able to develop competencies by facing situations that involve physical and emotional challenges.
Learning through Service
Put your service at the service of others!
Develop your academic knowledge, as well as your personal and social skills, and apply them to real-life situations.
Youth Pastoral
Understand, experience, celebrate, and share Christian Faith with other young people.
Participate in activities such as choirs, retreats, missions, community service, spiritual concerts, camping, pilgrimages, and evangelizing theater, to name just a few.

Busca alternativas y soluciones que en el largo plazo contribuyan a cuidar el medio ambiente.
Promueve la protección del ambiente y la conciencia ecológica, fomenta los hábitos de reducir, reutilizar y reciclar, aprende a cultivar hortalizas orgánicas y a recopilar material reciclable.
Experiencia Internacional
Desarróllate en este mundo globalizado, aprende o fortalece nuevos idiomas y entra en contacto con otras culturas.
Puedes cursar materias en destinos como Canadá, Francia, Alemania, Inglaterra o Estados Unidos.
